More Hours in Your Day
From Grief to Inner Peace
Do you ever feel there’s a weight inside you that you just can’t shake off?
Do you go through your days smiling on the outside, even though the storm within never settles?
You are not alone.
Many of us carry our sorrow in silence.
When our inner world is filled with grief, we often keep it hidden even from those closest to us.
Deep emotional pain can follow us for years, even decades.
It becomes an invisible burden resting on our shoulders, never seeming to lift.
For many, the seeds of sorrow were planted long ago, maybe it was a loss, a disappointment, or a turning point in life where a part of us seemed to break.
Over time, that pain can become a constant companion. Even part of our identity, quietly colouring every day and every relationship.
Perhaps you’ve tried to let go, yet find yourself repeating the same patterns again and again.
Deep down, you sense that this emotional weight is holding you back from fully living.
It dims moments of joy and whispers of what could be if only you could move forward.

When This Coaching May Not Be Suitable
-
If you are currently taking antidepressant medication.
These medications can affect cognitive clarity, and the exercises I use require full mental presence.
(Research also shows that antidepressants can interfere with psychotherapeutic progress.) However, if you feel low or experience symptoms of depression without medication, that’s perfectly fine. -
If you have a diagnosed personality disorder.
