Thank you for investing in yourself through my coaching.
Onnellinen.fi sells coaching services to both private individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change prices and terms of service at any time.

Prices
All prices include 25.5% VAT.
Purchasing
urchase coaching through the link you have received. You may also purchase services when booking your appointment. Confirm your purchase by paying through your chosen payment method in the Onnellinen.fi webshop. Available payment methods include Stripe, credit card, and bank transfer.
By purchasing any service or product, you accept the prices and these terms of service. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. The confirmation shows the purchased service, the price, and the scheduled session if you purchased a personal coaching session.
Please double-check your email address — even a single misplaced character will prevent the confirmation from reaching your inbox.
Payment Service Provider
Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest and most trusted online payment systems. All payment methods are free of additional service fees (except credit cards). Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (debit and credit).
Credit or debit cards are a secure way to pay and are protected by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Note that some card issuers may charge an additional fee for credit card payments.
Delivery
Products sold via the Onnellinen.fi webshop are coaching services, which may include a session by phone or via video call (Meets), depending on the service purchased.
Customer Responsibility
To use Onnellinen.fi services, you must have a functioning internet connection and a working webcam on your device.
The customer is responsible for arriving to the scheduled session on time. If you arrive 5 minutes late, your session time is reduced accordingly. Therefore it is recommended to be online already a few minutes in advance. I also normally enter the call a few minutes early.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and wish to reschedule, notify me at valmennus@onnellinen.fi no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time. Without a well-justified reason, a missed session without cancellation is considered used, and no refund is issued.
Liability Disclaimer
Onnellinen.fi is not responsible for devices used for remote coaching, such as phones, computers, or internet connections. These remain fully the customer’s responsibility, including any related costs.
You are responsible for being reachable at the agreed time and through the agreed method. Coaching provided by Onnellinen.fi does not replace medical care or therapy that may be necessary.
Force Majeure
If a force majeure event outside the service provider’s control prevents delivery of the service, the provider will primarily offer a new schedule or a replacement service. If these are not reasonably possible, the unused portion of the service will be proportionally refunded.
